Squirels are making the roof of my home theres. What to do?

I have a mobile home in a park with plenty of trees. Squirels are now damaging my roof and won't leave, They have no fear...I can't use a BB gun, neighbors to close on all angles. What kind of poison is effective that they will actually eat?Squirels are making the roof of my home theres. What to do?
squirrels aren't attracted to rat bait, sometimes they do eat, but not usually unless it is pulverized and mixed with peanut butter. But they aren't attracted to eating out of a covered bait station and unless you can place this mixture inside the attic itself it will attract countless other animals instead of the squirrels. Best solution is to use a havahart live trap model 1040 (looks to big but works out better than the smaller versions) then transport to a garbage can full of water. You could drive and drop off the caught squirrel but now you will be exposing other squirrels to what ever health problem your local squirrels may have so instead of killing one or two you may wipe out mass numbers.Squirels are making the roof of my home theres. Good luck....we have a camp and it has been invaded by squirrels. We have looked on the internet for solutions to no avail. The squirrel chaser that is advertised is nothing more than moth balls, which they are happy enough to use for nesting material. Someone did mention that they hate strobe lights...but we can't figure out how to put a strobe light into our ceiling. We just got done removing all the old insulation that was more hickory nuts than insulation and replacing all the old sheetrock on the ceiling and it just seems the squirrels are happy to get a nice new clean place to nest. Since we do have the option to shot them...that might be what we will do. A life trap seems ridiculous because where would we let them go but back into the woods where they will just find our camp again. They are not prone to eat mouse poison and we have also used the ';Riddex'; rodent repellent thing you plug in. That doesn't work either. You pose a very interesting question. I have been thinking of finding another predator that will eat the squirrels, but then we would be stuck with dealing with whatever eats the squirrels.
The first thing that must be done is to close the openings where they come in. You do this mid-morning when they are out looking for food. If you chose to use traps, after you catch them do not release them. It's like a dog chasing his tail. Just put the trap in a bucket of water and drown them. Grind rat poison [lots of it] and mix with peanut butter [chunky is best] and leave for them to enjoy.
